    The docs for the HOE FHRN says there is a Bismarck over the air affiliate or two. I have it on strong authority that my source had to listen on iHeart on Fri Nov 26 in Bismarck (and was not happy about it) because hockey was nowhere on the AM or FM radio. Report other missing broadcasts here.
