  1. My guess: Same as my basement -- long straight walls are not as strong as a wall with some "breaks" in it (effectively a series of smaller, stronger walls).
  2. You should see the foundation plan of my house: longest straight basement wall is sixteen feet. A two foot bump or jut here and there. Those strengthen the overall structure.

  4. Idaho has become the "Northern Iowa" of the BSC. They're the fashionable pick. Sometimes they back it up and sometimes not. I suspect an up year this year for them. PS - since December 8, 2001, that's "Saint" Luke Schleusner, patron saint of one career broken tackle.
  5. His current starter owns about every UND QB record (or will) and is on the Walter Payton Award watch list. Recruited. Developed. Retained. Oh, and you pointed out Feeney is here and could play now (but maybe not as a freshman). Recruited. Developed. Retained.

  8. Dude, at times you are just the Gladys Kravitz of Grand Forks.
  9. Forgive me if I value Danny Freund's analysis higher than yours. ... and the Walter Payton Award watch list folks' opinion as well.
  10. So the QB son of a HS FB coach might not be ready right away ... whodathunkit ...
  11. Oh yes, @UNDfootball would tweet(?) out the bad reads and the bad throws ... Folks, someone is playing the long game: Get on the JK bandwagon now and claim you've been so smart all along later.
  12. Demographics would lean to an Alpharetta location being better.

  14. Logistics aside, I'm happy with the attempt to engage.
  15. On Twit ,,, X they’re wearing standard practice targets like every practice.
  16. Allow me to both agree and disagree. The data -> second halves are problematic, indubitably. But they're in the game at half so how they were coached up to the game worked. Half time adjustments are the bugaboo.
  17. Credit hours is a big factor in the SBHE / NDUS funding formula.

  19. Up in the first half and looking like we belonged on the same field, yes, I thought UND could win. Then the second half ...

I notice they've put Grant Romfo back at RB (from WR).
  21. May I respectfully request 64 and 73 yard TD sprints by Isaiah Smith. A 7 carry, 151 yards, 2 TDs, half will do.
  22. Rather have him kicking PATs than FGs or nothing at all.
