Dear Gothmog: UND is only doing this because ND Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem has had nothing else to do for the last year.

If they could have run this past a full association vote and got Myles and the Exec Comm's desired outcome, why didn't they? Shouldn't the Association be mad at them for not doing it the right way (and saving a court battle)?

Going to Frozen Fours is nice. Yes, I'd like a win on Saturday there. But you can't deny three straight Fours. But I'm more concerned about the slow starts each year. It happened with a very mature team a couple years back. It happened with a young team after that (not surprisingly). And, even after the young guys got that scary experience, it happened last year also (4-7-1 first half at home with Oshie, Toews, and a Hobey winner). The first time a team can't (for whatever reason) turn it on in the second half the first half rumblings will turn into a full roar in February.

Making a long answer short: Yes, you do, but they do also. The State's case claims they didn't follow their rules in implementing the policy.

Like the - University of (k)Iowa - (k)Iowa State University - North Dakota State University - South Dakota State University - University of South Dakota - University of North Dakota - University of Nebraska at Omaha Or even a word derived from a name like ... - University of Indiana - University of Illinois And they came out with the word "Iowa" or "Dakota" or "Indiana" or "Illinois" or "Omaha" on their jerseys?
