Sioux-cia
No, what really sucks is when you have a guy guilty without even knowing the circumstances. Give it a rest Judge Wapner. Prime example. I haven't posted anything pro- or con about TJ's arrest, guilt or innocence. I post an opinion about what this arrest may result in given he's on probation and I get sarcasm. Don't know what I've ever done to you Bob but, hey, thanks for the love.

Bob in Wisconsin
anybody feel dumb yet??? he got in a fight....nobody complains when it happens on the ice. maybe he should've fought on the ice, give the team some momentum, it woulda been the same penalty, w/o all the bellyachin, eh? I don't think I would believe this source. "Elevator on campus"? Some reports indicate otherwise. Let's not rush to judgement just yet. THETRIOUXPER
I guess "Would like fries with that?" is about all the help you can provide Hey thanks for the compliment, I hope someday I actually can achieve the lofty status of a french fry technician, but don't hold your breath. Actually, I have a lot more respect for someone who stands on their feet for 8hrs. a day and cook fries for a living. That is in contrast to a stuffed shirt somewhere who thinks a college ahtlete owes him some kind of "moral standard" all so he and his children can feel all warm and fuzzy about themselves. mikejm
I'm not having a hard time with an adult who is on probation for a previous arrest/conviction getting arrested within a year of the previous incident. I just think it's stupid. I also think it is naive to expect that something like this would not be in the media. Why would any of you say this is being "blown out of proportion"? What would be "in proportion"? As far as explaining any of this to my kids, I don't need to worry about it, because they don't care, they just want the Sioux to win hockey games. But if Oshie, or any student athlete, puts themselves out there as a leader and then shows they have feet of clay (twice now), then they should expect a little backlash. +

I had no idea downtown was "on campus"......I'm wondering where they picked up the fighting part of that as well...hmmm

Nope, not feelin' dumb yet. Because he SHOULD have done it and left it on the ice. And I don't expect any type of standards from any college students, I just take them at face value. They aren't raising my kids, I am (without ritalin and x-box, we have a PS-2 ).

Jesus, that was good. Every post outdoes the one before. I wanna say you had to be the king of debate class, but you more than likely dragged those dweebs around study hall...probably starting with the instructor! Thus the reason I can identify why so many here need help. They say it takes one to know one, and I'm probably the biggest one (please fill in adjective here, I'll give you some for examples...asshole, loser, psycho, oh you get the point.) Sioux-per Villain
As I understand it, Oshie gets a one game suspension for violating team rules for fighting in an elevator. Radja gets an indefinite suspension for getting his ass kicked.
The Sicatoka
Fight? Elevator? And just a disorderly conduct charge? All it takes is a phone call from Umile's boy and suddenly ... it's assault. Would we be able to discount that type of problem it were to occur also?

Sioux Grandpa
Aleah - I admire you for apparently knowing "the real story" of what happened and not wanting to cause further trouble for anyone by telling it. But by dropping little indications that you have said knowledge - it almost seems like you want us to ask us about it but don't want to tell it. Not trying to sound like a ash-hole - it is your right to post what you want - but why not set us all straight or just not drop anymore hints that you know the hole story? Sorry in advance if I am picking up the wrong vibes from your posts.

YES, siouxforeverbaby is here, now we can get to the bottom of this. Why don't you ask TJ, Hak, or anyone else who may be in the know so we can get this matter resolved. We'll all wait here for your response.
