However, the history between the two teams is close, tight battles, which brings about the intimidation. They're so friggin' chippy they bring out the caveman in our guys. BleedGrn Posted March 4, 2007 Share Posted March 4, 2007 I don't get why some are so intimidated by the Mavericks. We went 4-1 against them last season. We're 3-0-1 against them this season. We're 0-2 against MTU, 1-3 against Wisconsin, 1-2-1 against UAA and 1-0-1 against UMD. There isn't another team in the lower half of the WCHA that I'd rather have the Sioux play. I really don't like the way they seemed to be running into Lammy a lot the last time they played in GF. A little too chippy for my tastes...
