The Whistler Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 Even with the sports pack on Direct TV the pickings are slim. The only WCHA action is Duluth vs Denver. Sure hope Sandy can pull one out. That's not scheduled to start until 8:30 so I might watch Maine vs New Hampshire. I just don't like how the Leveille plays the game (and I still don't understand that either.) Might have to watch some NHL on the side and you shouldn't have to do that on Friday or Saturday night. Quote
mikeypat15 Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 Maine v. New Hampshire all the way, that's two of the best teams in the country playing (Both ranked #1 at one point). The other game is one of the best v one of the worst, most likely a blowout (though it is WCHA) Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 I have Merrimack vs Northeastern to select from as well! Oooh! Actually, I wouldn't mind seeing how Northeastern looks, but I'm sure I'll watch the Maine/New Hampshire game until Denver/UMD starts. I may have to tune in to the AA broadband too in hopes the Goofers losing streak continues! Quote
luapsided Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 What the the options for cable? The goofers on tonight(real late game) or is FSN not covering it? I'd imagine thats my only option? what about webcast/ internet feeds for free? Any Ideas please post! Quote

FSN not telecasting Goofers, so if you don't have any sport's packages, you can watch the Goofers real late on AA's webcast. Quote

Can you do the sieve cheer over an internet connection? I guess it doesn't matter for me, I fall asleep when the Sioux are playing up there. Quote

Notice how quite it has been here this week after the Marriucci meltdown. Quote
USA Hockey Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 No one has brought this up, but Wisconsin and CC play tonight which is a big game for UND and WCHA playoff implications. Quote

Smoggy Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 I am not sure, Its tied right now 1-1 after on period. It is a tough decision. If Maine were to keep falling, maybe they'd end up not being a TUC. However, I doubt that so maybe it is better for Maine to win. Quote

Sioux_Hab-it Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 Would someone make up my mind, the thirds about to start. What will a tie do? It is 2-2 early in the third. The only game I can get tonight on the net and a good one. Quote
sprig Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 Maine with a late PP goal and an empty netter, wins 4-2 Quote
The Whistler Posted February 3, 2007 Author Posted February 3, 2007 Maine with a late PP goal and an empty netter, wins 4-2 I've decided that tonight we're better off with a Maine win. Oh well off to Denver, go Bulldogs! Quote
