Gophers have picked up on Campion's quick whistle, the diving has begun. Obviously they won't allow the game to become the Denver/Mn series last weekend. He couldn't get the shot off, got checked/lost his edge and barely touched Briggs and he gets 2 minutes for crosschecking? To paraphrase Virg Foss and just about everyone in the WCHA: "THESE REFS SUCK!" The hook that sent the Gopher player to the box was nonexistant as well. Goofer defenseman on one side of him, throwing an elbow into him, Briggs on the other side. Kaip should have probably shot, but it shouldn't have been a penalty.
