Shawn-O Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 Tony Stein is bang-on. Stay back, if he hits the 56-yarder, then so be it. Quote
SiouxMD Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 Wow! A 56-yd field goal...impressive. UND 14 UNI 6 GO SIOUX!!! Come on Dressler...run one back!!! Quote
bincitysioux Posted September 9, 2006 Author Posted September 9, 2006 I told you so. UNI does have a very good kicker accoding to the folks on UNI's message board. 56 yard field goal UNI UND 14 UNI 6 Quote
Sioux27 Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 Great half...........And we get the ball back at halftime. Quote
Diggler Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 Is Lennon the only UND guy who isn't nearly as happy as can be? Sioux get the ball to start the 2nd, don't they? Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 So far, this is just typical Sioux football weekend...keep it up! Quote
jimdahl Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 Some additional half-time stats from the gametracker: Possession UNI 19:48 UND 10:12 Passing UNI 7/4/0 20yds UND 11/6/0 64yds Rushing UNI 24/82yds UND 14/78yds Penalties UNI 4-39 UND 2-30 Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 UNI 19:48 UND 10:02 Shouldn't those two numbers total 30:00 minutes? Quote
jimdahl Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 Shouldn't those two numbers total 30:00 minutes? Typo. Make that 10:12. Quote
bincitysioux Posted September 9, 2006 Author Posted September 9, 2006 Typo. Make that 10:12. We better reverse those two numbers in the second half. Quote
bincitysioux Posted September 9, 2006 Author Posted September 9, 2006 Anybody listening to the UNI audio? What are their analysts saying? Quote
BisonMav Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 Congrats on a good half by the Sioux. Quote
WiSioux Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 We better reverse those two numbers in the second half. What do those two numbers matter as long as our number on the scoreboard is bigger than theirs? Quote
WiSioux Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 Anybody listening to the UNI audio? What are their analysts saying? They are busy talking about what's happening around UNI campus... so not a whole lot. They were talking about the Sioux earlier and they are impressed. They didn't know we were going to be this good Quote
jimdahl Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 What do those two numbers matter as long as our number on the scoreboard is bigger than theirs? The fear is that those numbers could begin to affect the scoreboard numbers in the second half. It's a lot easier for a defense to play at this level for 30 minutes in an afternoon than 40. Quote
Shawn-O Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 This UNI AD sounds sharp. Their athletics is running on all cylinders, that's for sure. They hung a runner-up banner for I-AA football at halftime.....UND doesn't hang those. Quote
