Lots of interest, but Campbell is the only reported offer. No Summit interest reported thus far.

Stetson and Mercer have also offered. A lot of east coast interest

What about Hurlburt? Know idea if anything is there.

I’m a little biased because I know the Hurlburt’s but I think he can play in the summit. He played in 28 games for Davidson two years ago and was in the rotation for Davidson this year before getting hurt. His percentages were terrible in those minutes but I like the idea of what he should be as a basketball player

Portal officially opens tomorrow. As of what’s been reported, we have 6 players that either haven’t ran out of presumed eligibility or already entered the portal:

  1. Zach Kraft
  2. Karson Ouse
  3. Josh Jones
  4. Micah Curtis
  5. Anthony Doppler
  6. Ryan Erikson

The last two, I believe won’t return but they could just be done with basketball, not sure.

I believe Micah C. is staying.

I would prefer Yale or a big man with his skill set over Amar coming back

Interesting tidbit about Yale.  He played on the same AAU team as Doppler and Erickson (ND Phenom).  Erickson was the main starter and noticably better than Yale all the games I watched. It's interesting how 3 years later the difference in the two - or perceived difference.

In high school Ouse kind of reminded me of Yale.

Free degree and literally produced nothing for the program

I'm not blaming the student athlete for this assuming that they put in effort and did what the staff asked of them in their time here. Not everyone develops into what is hoped.

The problem is everybody, and I mean everybody, predicted they were not d1 basketball players. It was a waste of scholarships the last 3 years

That's still on the coaches, not the players.  I'm pretty sure they didn't want to sit at the end of the bench for 3 years.

I agree.  Great for the kid, unfortunately not great for the program and not sure why it was allowed to go on for so long.

All of the starters for Michigan last night were transfers

the Tennessee women have no returners for next year

something needs to change

One of the bottom 20 division I teams this year. I would be curious to know what other offers he had.

Why would he transfer into a pseudo-military school?
