From what I saw, NDSU wins that tournament, gets a 13 seed and becomes a major pain in the ass for some 4 seed

UND is not athletic enough to create space or a shot against NDSU. Smith couldn’t even separate. And he is supposed to be the athlete on this team. The 40 year old King can’t quite keep up with Mr. Strickland.

Smith is not suppose to be the athlete on this team.(Also Smith was 3/4 from the field so he got his in limited minutes). Stopped reading after that but the rest probably isn’t correct either.

Then your coach isn’t playing the right kids. Smith should be getting 30-35 minutes a game if he is that efficient.

So many times they play hero ball, move the ball around more!  Look at the bison PG how he moves.  They are double and tripled team in the lane and they don’t kick it out… many times King/kraft/anderson are wide open.  So frustrating to watch at times.

biggest diff between us and usd was the big boy...got the win tho...

biggest diff bt us and ndac...the bigs....even if the human foul machine was playing we had no weapons against them with guga and afro man

This UND team is on the softer side. A lot of complaining and crying to the refs for whistles. Someone should have put Strickland on his ass but instead we let him clown us

NDSU exposed our two biggest weaknesses.  We don’t have an inside game on offense.  They do.  Plus the constant driving by guards into the lane that has been successful against others didn’t work because they do have shot blockers waiting for them.  Combine that with too much dribbling and no ball movement and you get our second half.  No movement equals poor looks - simple as that.  Our guards match up fine with the Bison.  Our inside game does not.

Great take.... So frustrating to watch the lack of ball movement and our guards continually trying to take it to the rim.  Played right into their defense.
