ndsioux Posted April 2, 2005 Posted April 2, 2005 I am predicting the Sioux vs DU for the title and a little payback for what they did to Robbie Bina but instead of us checking them from behind we will take the national title away from them. I would love to see that game!!! Of course a Sioux-Gopher national title game would have been cool too if it was possible but hey maybe next year, (if the Gophers can make it that far! ) GO SIOUX!!!!!!!!

jloos Posted April 8, 2005 Posted April 8, 2005 Sounds like the guys are still relaxed having a good time - overachieving sure is fun INCH Article
HockeyMom Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 3-1 Sioux. Keep in mind two days ago I predicted the Sioux over Minnesota 4-2 on a different board.
GeauxSioux Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 Forgive me if this has already been posted elsewhere, but I didn't see it anywhere else. Article on the similarities between the Sioux this year and Denver last year. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/news/story?id=2032895 I don't post often, so I have no clue what I'm doing.
Fedorov Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 3-1 Sioux. Keep in mind two days ago I predicted the Sioux over Minnesota 4-2 on a different board. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Vaht? We have to share you with someone else?
HKNTSMN Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 Sioux 5 Pioneers 2 LET'S GO SIOUX LET'S GO SIOUX LET'S GO SIOUX
Goon Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 Sioux 5 Pioneers 2 LET'S GO SIOUX LET'S GO SIOUX LET'S GO SIOUX <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I like your thinking but it is going to be hard to get 5 goals past DU defense. However, I do think UND is due and DU is primed for the picking.
SMC Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 Denver stole our #8 banner last year. Saturday night we take it back!
Blackheart Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 Scramble those Denver omelettes!!! By the way, nice logo! (gay)
Mad Man Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 -Denver finally got the one thing that was missing from last season's Frozen Four. "We got our police escort," Gwozdecky said. "So I'm happy." That's because the police needed to be there to take the shackles off this group of thugs and goons.
Goon Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 I think Mannino had been a good goalie but, his streak of good luck is going to run out tonight...
Tommiejo Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 Right now i'm a little worried about Denver's special teams & the reason is quite simple. Let's remember that Denver's speical teams carved up CC like a Thanksgiving turkey. Not only containing (please forgive me for my lousy spelling but you get the idea) the special teams but also that front line & a few other breaks that we can get. Over all it's going to a barn buner & a great game. In closing SIOUX 3 DU 2. GO SIOUX. SIOUX FAN SINCE 1973.

Let's remember that Denver's speical teams carved up CC like a Thanksgiving turkey. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Staying out of penalty trouble will be important, but I have confidence in UND's penalty kill. Don't forget that up until the CC game, Denver's power play conversion rate in the playoffs had been a horrible 8 percent. I'm thinking that the Pioneers used up their power play puck luck against CC.

I know what you were trying to say. Besides, let the Minnesota fan worry about spelling, I am concentrating on the game today. The special bottle of Jack Daniels comes out today.
