He had some heart issues last year and unfortunately he didn't come back from this heart episode. I took many hockey road trips with him...multiple UMD trips, St Louis F4, multiple Final 5, etc. I unfortunately hadn't spoken to him for quite a few years other than a few posts on FB, but I will always remember him as a kind, funny guy and a great fellow Sioux fan. I knew him outside of message boards from college, so when someone tweeted about it I thought it was a cruel joke. But then I went to Facebook and saw some other friends posts. Just sad to hear.
