bincitysioux Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Last chance to see the men at home this season. Omaha is 11-17 and finished in 8th place in the Summit. Their RPI is 301, ours is 299. Jones is 1-6 all time against the Mavs. Game is on Fox North +. After disappointing home losses, UND wants to end with a win Quote
jdub27 Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 From Nelson's article in the Herald today (all home games): Sacramento State 63, UND 61: Mikh McKinney hit the game-winner with 1.6 seconds to play. Portland State 82, UND 75: North Dakota trailed 75-73 with 1:07 to play. Northern Colorado 88, UND 78, OT: UND’s Estan Tyler hit a 3-pointer with 2 seconds to play to force overtime. Weber State 67, UND 60: North Dakota trailed 63-59 with 17 seconds to play. Montana 65, UND 61: UND trailed the Griz 63-61 with 8 seconds to play and had possession of the basketball. Montana State 80, UND 78: MSU’s Marcus Colbert hit a buzzer-beater from the baseline for the game-winner. Would be a nice trend to reverse. Quote

SWSiouxMN Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Hooker has been ballin' (not in a bad way guys, don't shoot me for saying it ) lately. He needs to continue to take over games with his scoring and passing. His mid-range and outside shooting has been solid the past few games, which is a very good sign for next year. Get the freshman posts (Shanks, Cashman, Shields) something to build towards for next year. Can we win a bleepin game at home for a change!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
bincitysioux Posted March 3, 2015 Author Posted March 3, 2015 I agree on Q. He has been asserting himself the last few weeks and he needs to continue to do that, not just for the next two games, but for the next two seasons. This is his team the next two seasons. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Let's see if Jones can coach em up vs a 300+ RPI team. 2 Quote

SIOUX29 Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Keep Deruin on bench bad decision turnover machine. I don't know what Jones sees in him except frustrating. Glad one and done 2 Quote
bincitysioux Posted March 4, 2015 Author Posted March 4, 2015 Lenny has 4 first half 3 pointers Quote
bincitysioux Posted March 4, 2015 Author Posted March 4, 2015 Huge run sparked by Lenny midway through the half. Cole.an and Shields getting solid minutes. Coleman playing well. Quote
Siouxphan27 Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 UNO looks to be the worst defensive team we have faced in quite awhile..... it's nice to see some open shots falling and some nice assists by Hooker. Quote

jdub27 Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Love to see a strong second half to finish the home schedule. Prefer not to rely on the point shots as much this half. Quote
jdub27 Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Hooker is so good. Getting to the basket anytime he wants, hitting wide open guys and then gets an and-1 on a three pointer. Quote
bincitysioux Posted March 4, 2015 Author Posted March 4, 2015 62 UND 53 UNO 11:53 2H Q with 4 point play Quote
bincitysioux Posted March 4, 2015 Author Posted March 4, 2015 Hooker is so good. Getting to the basket anytime he wants, hitting wide open guys and then gets an and-1 on a three pointer. He is outstanding. And just a sophomore. Quote
jdub27 Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 And Omaha rattles 7 in a row to cut the lead back to two. Quote
