Portland St.

Vikings are coming off of a 5 point loss at Northern Colorado.  They have a win against USC from early in the season, which is impressive, but other than that they haven't looked like anything special.  They are another guard oriented team.  Coach Jones is 4-1 all time against PSU so there is that.  Only prediction I will make is that we will be out-rebounded.

I'm not sure I see many more wins on the schedule. I think UND can beat Idaho St., Southern Utah and of course Montana St., all at home, but that may be about it barring a big improvement.

For all of the people that want Jones fired you want him to keep loosing, and miss the Big Sky Tournament.

I want him fired, but I would never wish for UND to lose.

Looking at the schedule we are potentially looking at a 1-7 Big Sky record after 8 games.  Don't see this team making the tournament unless some changes are made.

At least 8 teams make the tournament with the addition of Idaho, instead of 7, I wonder if there are 2 first round byes.

No byes, there will be 4 quarterfinal games instead of 3 like in the past.

Anyone else notice Portland States head coach doesn't do much of the coaching? All of it seemed to be done by the assistant.

Also, what's up with still having the Big Sky logo from pre-UND? That's pretty sad.

Out rebounded 41-27.  Fix this and we win this game just like others this year.  Jones and company 3 point guard starting line up is not working, hello..

Spot on point you make. Jones keeps complaining they need to rebound better but he's the one who recruited this team and is going with a 3 guard line-up oftentimes. Hello? Yes, there can be good rebounding guards, but on average your forwards and centers get the most rebounds based upon more height and positioning nearer the basket.
