UNDColorado Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 That's gonna definitely hurt Cal Poly, especially this close to the start of the season. Let's not jump to conclusions just yet because they need to get their day in court. Quote
darell1976 Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Let's not jump to conclusions just yet because they need to get their day in court. Plus I am sure Bison players are reading it and saying, "we can up one on Cal Poly". Watch out Best Buy again. Quote
The Sicatoka Posted August 11, 2014 Author Posted August 11, 2014 Let's not jump to conclusions just yet because they need to get their day in court. What is Cal-Poly thinking? Haven't these lads suffered enough already? Shouldn't Cal-Poly be letting the judicial system play out? “The university will do all it can to work with San Luis Obispo police in helping to determine what occurred. The five football student-athletes alleged to have taken part in this incident have been suspended from all team activities effective immediately, and the university will conduct internal investigations into possible student conduct violations,” the (Cal-Poly) university release stated. darell1976 Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 What is Cal-Poly thinking? Haven't these lads suffered enough already? Shouldn't Cal-Poly be letting the judicial system play out? Someone call Gene Taylor for a good bail bondsman. Quote
DT94 Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Let's not jump to conclusions just yet because they need to get their day in court. Day in court? Jump to conclusions?!?! They committed armed robbery. They resisted arrest and bit a cop......I just noticed the whistling face... Lok Quote
UNDColorado Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Day in court? Jump to conclusions?!?! They committed armed robbery. They resisted arrest and bit a cop......I just noticed the whistling face... Lok Haha yeah it is a joke directed at how ndsu handled the voter fraud issue. Quote
Hayduke Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Haha yeah it is a joke directed at how ndsu handled the voter fraud issue. I wonder if they changed the voter fraud infraction to a third class felony? After all, Third Class Felons and the University of Agriculture and Applied Science seem to go together very well... Quote
nd1sufan Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Haha yeah it is a joke directed at how ndsu handled the voter fraud issue. Is that similar to how UND administrators handle coaches with DUI's and that drive with a suspended license? Quote
darell1976 Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Is that similar to how UND administrators handle coaches with DUI's and that drive with a suspended license? Nope, cause the DUI players got suspended a game while Hardee was fired, NDSU players got a time out in the corner for 5 minutes. Quote
jdub27 Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Is that similar to how UND administrators handle coaches with DUI's and that drive with a suspended license? Kind of like throwing rocks in a glass house when one of NDSU's coaches doesn't get disciplined after getting a DUI isn't it? Maybe they give them a break if it's only a week or two into their employment. Quote
Herd Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 What is Cal-Poly thinking? Haven't these lads suffered enough already? Shouldn't Cal-Poly be letting the judicial system play out? Im sure the Cal Poly AD is way out in front of this situation, handling it internally, and doing everything right. Quote
