HeidiSioux62 Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 I have a bad feeling about this one boys. OK things are feeling (and looking) a little sloppy - is your "bad feeling" contagious (sp) like the flu? (by the way - that's "boys and girls")
Fedorov Posted January 25, 2004 Author Posted January 25, 2004 J. Parise got away with a trip. However, Bochenski was tripped the same way on the faceoff, so remember that when the goofer fans complain about it.

(by the way - that's "boys and girls") Gophers: 1st 2nd 3rd (goals by period) 31 41 33 Sioux: 1st 2nd 3rd 25 35 50 ...keep the faith, our time is yet ahead
U2Bad1 Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 I have never been so pissed off to be right in my life.
Fedorov Posted January 25, 2004 Author Posted January 25, 2004 I guess it is OK to starting calling penalties again when it is against us. The goofers have been trying to start fights, and I think that has thrown us off our game. J. Parise looks off his game and I wouldn't mind Brandt coming in. Let's hope we can have another great third period.
Fedorov Posted January 25, 2004 Author Posted January 25, 2004 Did Rachel Brown just say Minnesota won their first two championships under Lucia with an all-Minnesotan team?

Goals by Genoway, Bochenski and an empty netter by Zach have us leaving with another 4-2 win.
flatspin7 Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 ---- This radio webcast is craptastic--- It rebuffers every 2 seconds... I'm underwhelmed

Unless UND turns it around 180 degrees from the second period im still worried despite UND's third period goal scoring total.
HeidiSioux62 Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 TH had a good question - How do you call "interferring with the goaltender" and "diving" on the goaltender in the "same call?
Superman0099 Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 I'm confused.. a tripping call AND a diving call? I knew he was bad, but honestly... that is ridiculous.
U2Bad1 Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 Bad call on the hit from behind too... the UM player turned his back.
U2Bad1 Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 A friend told me it hit a gopher player's shin before murray hit it in? Anyone out there to back this up?
DamStrait Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 Okay, say it was played with a high stick, but it went off a yellow vermin piece-of-crap, so should'nt the goal count?
DamStrait Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 A friend told me it hit a gopher player's shin before murray hit it in? Anyone out there to back this up? Yes, it definitely came off the vermin crap-sack before another Sioux player touched it.
U2Bad1 Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 Okay, say it was played with a high stick, but it went off a yellow vermin piece-of-crap, so should'nt the goal count? I believe so.. but im not saying it for sure hit a gopher first. Just going by what a friend said.
sprig Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 It was Parise who knocked down the point shot with a high stick. That came before Murray scored, so it was a good call. Doesn't make any difference who it hit after it was touched with a high stick. Shepard failed sagard's test. Late weak call went against the team trailing (weak call on Schneider) rather than the team with the lead.

Not disputing that, but it went off of Parise's stick, hit a vermin ass-clown and then was touched by the Sioux, all before going into the net. So what the hell is the proper ruling? Good goal or not? From my understanding, should be good.
jloos Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 Woog and Mazacko are morons. Looking at the replay ZP had his stick above the crossbar, but he swung down at the puck. You could clearly tell he hit the puck well below the crossbar. I wasn't looking to see if it hit a gopher player. From one angle it looked like ZP hit it too high, but from the other 3 they showed he clearly hit it below, Wooger and Mazacko ignored the other 3 replays and said it was a great call. That said the Gopher played well and probably deserved to win, and they had one waived off last night that should not have been. So I can't be too pissed off.
DamStrait Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 Tims just said it went off the vermin should have been a good goal! )(&%%#@!%^^ shepherds should all be given their walking papers! Way to officiate a sure split putz. It's amazing that Donnie Lucifer still has any of his soul left to sell to the devil, but apparently he does. Man, I hate it when the Sioux lose to these jerks.
Wilbur Posted January 25, 2004 Posted January 25, 2004 Hit by Parise with a high stick, goes off Ballard (should of been waived off) and then Murray scores. Its a two two tie in my book.
