He's pretty legit if my memory serves me right. Surprised a guy who saw the field a lot and saw the ball a lot would want to drop down. I would guess he wants to play next year vs sit out a year if he goes to D1, or FCS. might be a stepping stone for him. he is quite talented. He only has two years of eligibility left, Mankato will be his last stop. In regards to distance from home, Mankato is 220 miles and roughly 3 hours closer than Grand Forks is from Brooklyn Park.
