  1. It appears they are tinkering to see who will play with Backer/Parise and Kesler/Kane. I, for one, would put Oshie back with Backes/Parise and keep Pac with Kesler and Kane. Brown shouldn't have made this team in the first place. Brown/Callahan/Statsny would be a great 4th though.
  2. They were hot the last two games in '10....however it appears the lines were juggled again.
  3. See updated post. Thanks for chiming in. FYI even by adding these pointless responses you will not catch Goon in total posts.
  4. I'll give the guy a few more years (3-5) to bring one home. You simply cannot let a guy go that has his kind of track record on paper, it's simply not possible unless he chooses to leave.
  5. They have also lost quite a few recruits and had to replace them.
  6. Backes, Oshie, Parise Kesler, Brown, Kane; Kessel, van Riemsdyk, Pavelski; Pacioretty, Stastny, Callahan Men's lines.
  7. You are correct, it's not the system that is run it is a lack of forward talent. Plain and simple.
  8. The boys need to go on a serious run.
  9. Huge series....against what should be a tough team. However, as Mr. Parcells always said.....a team is only as good as their record.
  10. Agreed.....also that arena will never be half full.
  11. Yes, you are so right.
  12. It won't be....the bu series and the st Lawrence game would be those games
  13. I agree with what you are saying but there have been many und that have overachieved....I know that is easy to say however I don't feeling like doing any research.
  14. You are correct here guenztel is a great assistant, he'll be a head coach someday. Where did he send his kid?
  15. Well we'll have to agree to disagree at this point. I had a laugh when you compared blais's record against UND.... you do realize the difference (or perceived in your case) between the two programs don't you?
  16. Very true, the season is by no means over it was an ugly game that many teams have now and then. Again I am not on the fire hak train but he needs to pick his locker room up and get them ready for next weekend. I actually though that UNO was pretty good from an offensive perspective. Alright, nice debate guys I have a big game myself this morning..... with absolutely zero dump and chase hockey
  17. The guy brought back und to greatness, turned the force into a decent franchise (yes I know they are bad this year 82), and is turning a Nebraska hockey program into a decent one. He has some awesome recruits coming in next year, are you even aware of this? That program was a laugher until he got there.
  18. UNO was running the same type of PP....however they had a man on the far wall . Their forwards also didn't look so robotic when dumping it in... they actually are looking to see if they have a clear dumping lane whereas UND dumps it regardless.
  19. Haha yeah..... my typing is terrible on this dang tablet, tough to get your point across.
  20. Hak went to the frozen four those first 4 years I believe. Also if you don't think blais and his success as a coach had anything to do with those recruits you are nuts..... the guy is a primary reason we have the building we do... with a little help from Ralph.
  21. I agree on that top line, maybe Roswell moves up to the second?
  22. I agree that he needs skaters however I don't know where they are. I am a big Luke fan but he looks pretty lost out there recently.
