  1. bush league question, do we get out of paying Mussman then? I think a little bit dont' we?
  2. Kudos to Frozen4sioux on the name of this thread by the way... well-done.
  3. I'm afraid I don't think they'll be down as much as we'd like. It's probably a much healthier obsession to wish our team overperforms than they underperform, imo.
  4. You're absolutely right, you aren't going to slay a bear with a pellet gun.
  5. I'm assuming Schmidt and Bubba know him (I don't know how), so I'll won't go ahead and assume everything associated with that era of Gopher football is diseased. Excited to find out more coaches.
  6. So he was there for the entirety of the Basement Brew era? Does he like his chili hot? Is he hungry or starving?
  7. Well the most awful combo I saw all year was black top with white pants. That was trash. If you disagree with me I challenge you to a pushup contest and a shouting match to figure out whose dad can beat up whose. Seriously though, I'd love the combos like UMtc has. I think they look sharp.
  8. Kinda ruins the point of going there for recruiting if they don't respect us/college hockey now
  9. Dale didn't get a lot of support here in his last years. Down with Dale? Get real. Thanks Dale, always. Thanks to our only championship coach. Down with Dale? You should like the ungrateful Fargo trolls when bohl left. Be better than that.
  10. when is the announcement for Eric Schmidt going to be? Seems odd to announce Rudolph first, you'd think Schmidt would have been more automatic.
  11. makes sense... lighter oil should be more volatile. Don't understand how it'd be news to them.
  12. Wasn't he hurt in practice anyways? Not to get too generic, but the difference he made on the defense was similar to the Viking's with and without Harrison Smith.
  13. Wouldn't the fire be a little more consistent if it came from a consistent stream of water? That kind of why I thought I was sewer gas. Regardlessno part of me believes its from fracking, but admittedly I work for an oilfield service company.
  14. Negotiations at one point and time were set to take nearly 100,000 barrels/day of Bakken crude, which is nearly 10% of the nearly million barrels/day produced. Currently western ND sends out 10 trains/day to carry oil, which is fairly significant. A lot of those cars probably shouldn't be holding hazardous material, but it's going to be a significant investment (billions and billions to fix them). New pipelines are significantly safer than trains or old pipelines. They can be remotely and intelligently analyzed for pressure drops and pipe density to monitor any corrosion or leaks. In my opinion, talking about new pipelines and older pipelines is apples to oranges, and they are significantly safer than trains (I believe it's 3 significant Bakken oil carrying train crashes/derailments in the last 6 months). Build the Sandpiper.
  15. I waited until an SU troll surfaced so its fair game now. Make sure to bolt everything down.
  16. Longo has run more than the air raid offense and successfully, so in my uneducated opinion he looks versatile. Which may be good right away until they get "their guys". Also the air raid siren is a gem of an idea.
  17. Per Waybe Nelson, Bubba is the new coach
