Central played tight tonight. It reminded me of that damn Michigan game from a few years ago. i still think that Minots goalie is aided by their system. He played well but I think people are giving him too much credit. They pack it in and he doesn't have to make very many tough saves. The bottom line is Minot won the game by playing their asses off and keeping central from getting into any rhythm. They earned it tonight, central did not.

Last night was the best I've seen central play all year. They smashed Bismark physically and the demons laid down. Central also has a better goal tender than Minot. They're out for blood after last year.

Hanson could be pretty scary after a couple years with coach Baukol. He's already pretty quick and has nice hands. He might end up being a huge steal.

Mustard tip toeing down the sideline was thee play of that era for me. The sound the crowd made as that play was happening was unforgettable.

I think Disterhaupt will end up being a very good player. He's been working his ass off to transform his body and was already a very good athlete. He showed a few flashes last year that he can be a playmaker. He'll get a little bigger and with that be a better run stopper. His coverage skills are very good.

Who has hung up more Banners at UND, Mussman or Jones? Simple question.
