I think it's nice for the team to have the option of busting out the business suits at home.

Especially when that powerhouse hockey school has no interest in having a relationship with him to help start up the program.

Cost overruns ≠ fundraising shortfall. Now, they do need to raise/allocate more money to meet the cost overruns, that is an issue, but they had the money necessary to pay the initial estimate.

He's not ready yet, but look for Minot St. Pres. Steve Shirley to apply after the next guy leaves. Shirley did his undergrad (business admin), masters (business admin), and doctorate (higher education) all at UND.

Same here. Bolduc didn't help us in the field position game at all last year.

And Pancheros is better than both of them IMO.

Hockey does something similar at the Ralph right now.

The schools are supposed to get legislative approval regardless of whether it's funded with public funds or donations. I believe it's been avoided in certain cases by having a foundation finance and control the project "without university involvement."

Hopefully not the case.

I hope he doesn't identify UND on his resume. Alums like this guy reduce the value of everybody else's degree.
