The 20% number is misleading. Und already cut 6.55% (+ extra to cover the 6.55% of the med school building) and UND will still be increasing tuition and fees 2-5%.

Not a hard deadline, no. Both schools have relatively significant funding reserves that give them some wiggle room.

That was my understanding as well. The initial offsides was missed, but the puck then came into the neutral zone and reentered with Parise in neutral zone. I believe they can only consider the entry into the zone immediately prior to goal scoring, which wasn't offsides.

Haha yeah, the town 70 miles south tends to make a mess of the football forums. I'd say around 1/3 have been banned from the site by now (the rest are on the $h*t list ), but I haven't gone in and removed them from my ignored users. I'm typically unable to resist the urge to click to view the posts from ignored users anyway, so it's kind of become more of an "alert" to me to make sure certain posters aren't obviously crossing the line.
