Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls. Sanford moved into Fargo, Fargo got a renovated arena and a new hospital. Sanford moved into Bemidji, Bemidji got a new arena. Sanford moved into Bismarck, Bismarck got a new outdoor sports complex and will be getting a new northside hospital. IIRC, Altru only helped out with the IPF at UND after UND denied Sanford's bid for a sports medicine partnership.

I watched a Miami game earlier this year. Camera work was rough and they constantly changed between camera angles when they shouldn't have, but the picture was clean.

Depends on the school. UND's production is comparable to the Wisco production, however Colorado College's was much worse picture and camera work. As far as the actual stream goes, NCHC doesn't seem to freeze or glitch much.

That's federal money, not state, county, or city money. There are different pots of money, with different sources, which can't necessarily just be used for roads or a water treatment plant or whatever.
