No thanks. I don't dig the "good for the state" stuff. I cheer for Notre Dame, then the other Catholic schools, then NDSU(if they make it) in the dance. Enjoy the show. It's pretty neat seeing your school battle the big boys in games that matter.

Women's sports offer more scholarships than the male sport I believe. Ndsu also doesn't base it on 50/50 equity anyways.

Two can play that game... Last year, ndsu beat ysu by 3, and then won a natty. This year, they beat ysu by 21 at home, in a year that ysu makes the title game and ndsu does not. What's the situation there then? Is ndsu trending up or down??? I don't disagree (no reasonable person would) that NDSU is not at the level they were, but your reasoning is pretty dumb.

I had some ivy leaguers ridiculing me pretty hard about the pipeline in NYC this weekend. I should ask my cousin to bottle their tears for me.

Is Alabama sliding every year or two then? I mean, they didn't win the title! Every year(including the juggernaut 2013 team), ndsu has had close games. Losing coaches is not a bad thing, means you are doing a good job finding good people. Would you rather have a low energy guy who can't do any better than FCS? No.
