6 trips to the playoffs and a national championship...aka, pretty similar to the best decade in UND history.
A down decade/season for one team can be the season of a lifetime for another.
Or...leave it alone? The system works just fine.
FWIW, I don't think DeLuca should have gotten a redshirt, he chose to shut his season down. That rubs me the wrong way.
Rules can apply to everyone while hurting some more than others. Say they take checking out of hockey...will that impact certain teams more than others while also applying to everyone?
I was always under the impression that you choose a school rather than a coach but I guess athletes typically aren't accused of being the brightest crayons in the box.
