6 trips to the playoffs and a national championship...aka, pretty similar to the best decade in UND history. A down decade/season for one team can be the season of a lifetime for another.

I was always under the impression that you choose a school rather than a coach but I guess athletes typically aren't accused of being the brightest crayons in the box.

I don't think anyone suggested it was unfair, it definitely hurts the teams at the top though.
