I'm generally focused on the function of something rather than the appearance of it. Twitter has actually been remarkably effective for someone like The Donald. If your chief concern was that the media will twist your words or frame questions in a way that whatever answer you give is bad, Twitter works great because you can communicate directly with the people without the medium of media getting in the way as much. See for example, the "very fine people" hoax. The media cuts a sentence from his statement and claimed he said it about Nazis when he SPECIFICALLY excluded them. When you have a hostile media, you can get around them by tweeting your thoughts on a subject. I get it. Whether he should or shouldn't is not something I care about. Others seem to have stronger opinions on it. Hell, I'd be fine if a President never made themselves available. Just do your job lol. Many folks seem to want to look at them as a role model or some other nonsense. If I was POTUS I'd either be in ND hanging out or at the White House shuffling papers while pretending to be busy lol. Brian Stelter has the self-awareness and intelligence of a potato (while also remarkably bearing a resemblance to one as well). Dude is an idiot.

You said its unprecedented that he hasn't done a press conference. The article I posted said he had went over a year without doing one. He tweeted during that time frame as well. Since you are sticking with this point, the only conclusion left to be had is that you arent familiar with what precedent means.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/president-trumps-new-record-the-longest-time-without-a-formal-press-conference-in-half-a-century And would you look at that...Barn's claim of "unprecedented lack of press conferences" is shot down. Trump apparently has the modern record when it comes to NOT doing press conferences. Man, this is too easy.

Do I expect Donald to continue acting like Donald? Yes. Do I think it really matters? Not particularly. He spoke like a week or so ago im pretty sure, a podcast I listen to had mentioned it anyway. I am not sure what protocol is for presidential press conferences are in a lame duck period, nor do I really care. Donald Trump is far and away the single most transparent and available president in history. He tweets throughout the day, he fires people over Twitter, etc. No one ever has or probably ever will be as open as Donald Trump is. I have no idea what you think a press conference is going to accomplish. Zero. None. Zip. He has made it perfectly clear to anyone reading his tweets how he feels about the election. Since you already know he thinks he got robbed via his Twitter, that should tell you enough. Do you want him to give a press conference where he basically just reads his tweets (that you apparently have already read)?

Jesus some of these folks are insane. Literally anything good/bad/ugly, doesn't matter, its somehow a positive lol. Donald could literally have a heart attack tonight and be in a coma and they'd find a way to say "actually this is good for his lawsuits. He will be inaugurated again after he wakes up."
-
So, let's get this straight. You expect him to do a press conference conceding the election...but you also mention that he has been tweeting about election fraud. If he gave a press conference, I suspect he would not be doing it to concede the election. If you haven't figured it out yet, he probably isn't going to do some Al Gore concession speech circa 2000. It seems much more probable at this point he's content to follow the Stacey Abrams 2018 approach where he never concedes or acknowledges that he lost. Sorry he's taking something very dear from you but the Sun will still come up tomorrow.

Why would he do a press conference?
-
What does a lack of press conferences have to do with anything? Like...at all?
-
They aren't doing anything different lol

Hickenlooper took his mom to...um...adult movie theaters...thats not someone you want as the Democratic nominee unless you want them to lose.

ACB isn't an ace in the hole. I dont think it's going to SCOTUS either.
-
Thatd be very cool but I'm very skeptical. Haven't seen anything up to now that means I should trust any of these folks

Can't really punish someone for thinking they were wronged. Could do attorneys' fees and court costs I think, I could be missing some other stuff. I dont think you'll see much happen though. I dont think making an idiot out of yourself is generally considered a punishable offense. This year should probably be scrutinized a lot more. There was a lot more mail-in stuff so this election was different than past ones. But yeah I have no reason to think anything terribly fishy was up.

Charlie Kirk sucks. I should make a list of !@#!$ "conservatives" on social media to help the old timers out. There are many really really good ones who don't get the following they deserve.
-
Not that I'm aware of. Yet some people continue to follow along thinking "oh just wait we got 'em right where we want them!" Turn off the OAN and quit following Ryan Fournier or whomever on twitter/Facebook.

The Squad is the best thing to happen to the Republican party in some time. They are easy villains to tie Dem candidates to. Moderate Dems are not happy about getting associated with their platform. Its like Moderate GOP guys back when the Tea Party was in full swing. Hard to escape.

One would think hockey of all sports is probably pretty safe. Kids are covered head to toe. Wrestling and basketball are a bit different. I could hypothetically see that as a problem. Wrestling has a pretty well documented history of spreading stuff lol

I'm assuming Parler's current audience is going to be much further right than Twitter. For any complaints though about an echo chamber...Twitter is precisely that so it seems natural that more liberal minded people are pretty content.
-
If its a new brief like your post said, I'm assuming it means a chance to change/fix/update his first one. One of the lawyers on here will know more than me about that. Don't apologize for things you have no reason to know about lmao.
-
Pretty similar to Barry O in that regard. Just a difference in style.

A brief lays out your legal arguments for whatever position you are taking.

Why are we calling the GA SoS a RINO? Is it because he's not subscribing to Trump's conspiracy theory or because he's actually a RINO? If its the former, people are being stupid. Thats like deciding you won't watch Fox and now watch OAN or whatever because they are all-in on making Trump feel better. I'm as Republican as the next guy in ND, but people trying to blame the SoS in GA for Trump being behind there? Seems a bit looney even for me. This is getting to be right up there with libs claiming Russia stole the election from Hillary. Republicans should be pretty pleased right now. Performed super well in the house, looks like a Senate hold is probable. I dont understand much of this pouting by people. Quit watching Candace Owens videos or whatever.

It's been claimed he asked for that amount. WSJ said he isn't getting that amount. NYT has also said it got rejected. Why are you lying?
-
How is Barr an attorney for Trump? Either way, Holder bragged about being Obama’s wingman. How is the court unethically stacked? There is 9 justices. Each of whom was appointed and confirmed per the rules. The Pentagon is going to put down a Revolution or launch a coup? Dude, I don't know what to say other than this is embarrassing to post stuff like this. No one should ever complain about government employees getting fired lol, they are the most insulated and protected group of people on the planet.

He isnt going to run again and if he did, he wouldn't be the nominee anyway.
