Similarly, a majority of Americans believe in some restrictions on abortion as well. Why not leave it to the states?

The logical thing would be overturning Roe so that states can freely make their own decisions there.

This is literally the only question that matters in this election. The fact that the media is letting it go unanswered is genuinely unacceptable. Policies can be undone, legislation can be repealed, expanded or modified. That stuff is political and part of the game. An expansion of the Supreme Court is not something that can be rectified in any meaningful sense. The result would do one of two things: 1.) Lead every President/Senate when both are of the same party to expand the Court to the necessary number to get favorable judgments, and/or 2.) Lead to secession and i wouldn't blame either liberal or conservative states for being the ones to pull the plug. Even the New Deal Democrats with large majorities in both chambers of Congress rejected the idea of expansion and those guys were f'ing nuts. The fact that Biden and Harris both refuse to answer a very basic question in any manner is not good.

The issue with Harris is that she will be a very old and clearly struggling man's vice president. If Biden dies or has to resign for health reasons, Kamala's stances on things become very important. Further, if roughly 40-45% of Americans are cultists, but all Americans know cultists are crazy, how does thay logically square up? Thats a network split. I'm assuming you are citing CNN or one of them? Because you could probably not convince anyone that those numbers are accurate. For comparison, Fox had it at something like 68 or 70% of all of the people on their poll had Pence as the winner. Do I think thats accurate? Pretty unlikely. There are about 40 percent of people on each side who are not going to admit their person lost. So to get 68% of women thinking that way, you'd need every Dem woman, every independent woman, and a sizable chunk of Republican women to believe Harris won. Or......you pick a news network that caters to a fairly singular demographic (CNN, Fox, MSNBC, etc.) and end up with bizarre numbers that aren't going to be representative at all.

New Zealand should probably be left off any comparison. They have like one international airport and basically put their people on lockdown. Finland idk much about other than they are a pseudo-Scandinavian country with a tiny population. Germany is probably the only demographically "similar" country but im pretty sure all these countries have significantly stronger federal governments and compliant citizens in place than we do.
