As a former government contract guy, we definitely waste obscene amounts there, but at least the end goal is baller AF. So far, this election is looking lit. If Trump hits 270 and GOP holds the Senate....the United States is in a solid spot for another 2-4 years.

Did they do anything wrong? I seem to recall Democrat politicians encouraging people to harass Republican politicians they saw in public to let them know they aren't welcome here anymore. Like many actions Democrats seem to cheer or at least tolerate (harassing politicians, nuking judicial filibuster, protesting on roadways, etc), they sure don't like when the shoe is on the other foot.

Have you seen the preparations local property owners have taken? Assuming you have, then wouldn't it also make sense for the Feds to take steps to ensure the safety of the most famous house in the world?

I dont think any Republican campaign would ever raise a white flag in Florida only to dump money into Minnesota. I suppose it's possible they think Florida voters have made up their mind and any money is now a waste while Minnesota is an opportunity? Who knows. I'd love to be a campaign chief or whatever. You get to be wrong all the time like a weatherman and just say "Yeah we just didn't get the turnout we needed" or "yeah our message really resonated with the people in Wisconsin"

I believe the concept is if Democrats are spending time in Minnesota that could reasonably point to concerns within the party. FWIW, I read Trump's campaign pulled money OUT of Florida and was putting it into MN. Maybe they have a shot lol

I hated getting traded back and forth like the fat kid neither team wants in gym class lol. The other bad thing was we had no rivals for football. Not sure about other sports, I wrestled and thats individual so rivals weren't really based on towns really, though some middle aged women taught us a few new swear words whenever we'd wrestle up in Carrington lol.

The media reported DOJ has said there is an open criminal investigation into Hunter Biden and associates since 2019. Idk if that's true. I also don't know anything about some dossier but I did see some conservative journalists dunking on liberal outlets for "debunking" a dossier that nobody(outside maybe some weirdos) have been citing in any Hunter Biden reporting.

I quit reading this in any serious manner after I saw something about clean water. There is a city in Michigan that may have some questions about that... Further, it's not some big secret that for the most part, outside of some hot button social issues, conservative and liberal folks generally want the same outcomes, the difference is generally the ideas on how to best obtain those outcomes. This reads like one of them dorky chain emails. Aside: my shampoo doesn't list how much of each ingredient is in it. Neither does my conditioner or my soap. Better call up the FDA or whomever is in charge of that.

Yep. I left NYC at the end of March, and at that point, there was no difference in rules really between here and there. Everything here was closed until about the time I finished finals in mid-May. We did the same thing everyone else did at the beginning. Perhaps the state wasn't mandating it? I dont know, all I know is we could only drink at home and we couldn't go to Mass or out to eat lol

I'm curious what the cause of spikes internationally are as well. Europe's numbers have been bananas.
