Get real man, this year we had a great defense overall and the stats don't lie. Our dbacks need some work but otherwise that is an incredibly stupid statement.

Coastal was quite a bit better than I expected but I really think that ISU-r is the only team that can knock off NDSU. I was quite impressed with the resilience of the NDSU offense on Saturday. Wentz is very athletic.

Always a great series and as pointed out quite impressive UND fan turnout. I look forward to this weekend every year. A good place to grab a great burger and beers before the game is the Cherry Cricket. Kind of our Friday before the game spot and a lot of UND fans go there. Brad S and the GF Herald crew are usually there as well. Go Sioux!

Looks like Florida will snipe Colorado State coach Jim Mcelwain. Kind of a bummer because it was nice to see them have some success. I predict these types of things will keep happening to G5 schools and the rift between them and the P5 will keep growing. There eventually will be a split.

I am sure this question has been posed before but for those who get on the fire Hak bandwagon from time to time: Who would be a better coach for UND? *The question is not who is a better coach, but rather who would be better for UND. I don't post in hockey much because most of what I have to say has already been said, but I think about this from time to time and nobody comes to mind. I cannot think of a single coach who would be better. Of course another coach could come in and win a natty but that would just be speculation.
