the idea of a fbs or fcs might be moot within a decade.......you will either be d1 football (formerly known as fbs) or d2....where a lot of "fcs" schools belong and that maybe includes the dak4 #bringbackthencc

having that lobby lit up and open (24 hours) will make a much more attractive look than the empty main floor closed at 5pm.............now the bathroom showroom on the corner of 3rd and demers needs to move somewhere else...............that location would've be better/perfect for tea and crepe!

not sure where they will put their garbage thingy by the alley but the coffee shop will have a small little outside sitting area on that little patch of grass facing the alley....

opened a few days ago......the building that sky's is in was totally redone (sky's and cloud 9 events center on top floor stayed the same) but the rest of the old FNB buidling was redone and the addition towards central...... looks very very nice.....a coffee shop on the main floor is expected to be open soon don't know anyone that has stayed there yet ++just down the street the "Artisan" is gonna another nice addition to downtown........ 8 or 9 high end hotel rooms with retail on ground level...brown company/family doing it so it will be top shelf stuff.

you would think with the olive ann across the street something would go into the old subway location?

maybe......but i bet Bo would've loved to have told his grandkids about the one time in front of 100k people i caught a TD pass against the Cornhuskers and we won the game 27-26 and that was the quietest 100k people i've ever heard ..........but Tommy overthrew me by 10 yards and we lost a very winnable game.
