    i know she could care less but i'm doubting if kennedy "threatened" to move bball and vball out of the betty since there is almost no other venue other than the alerus that could accomodate three teams...just trying to get teh she said he said timeline

    i asked this question about an hour ago and was instantly called an idiot...but i think this the 100 pound gorilla...where is all the money going??? REA was supposed to be cash cow for the athletic department and so far maybe that hasn't been the case and the previous presidents didn't want to ruffle some feathers but kennedy does and will?

    did ralphs daughter and wife questioning why ralph would want to build a building in the middle of nowhere and since he's died the daughter and "foundation" have tried ways to get that 100 million dollars back one way or other and when a third party person "kennedy" looks at the numbers and shakes his head about "WHERE IS ALL THIS MONEY GOING"?

    hope church has already told rumors and kmart taht their leases won't be renewed....three or four years or less on both (kmart will probably bc a quasi retirement home/ nursing home)

    you would think that jlg would hae enough money to buy out the norby's building people to develop the three lots from arbor park to demers ave instead of new build (arbor park), old ugly norby's building, and then another new building on the corner across from sky's?

    yeah...one of the best events ever downtown...the stage setup was crazy and the crowd was wall to wall...but it's hard to understand the "snow fence"...yes i guess you have to separate drinking from non drinking but they need to come up with a better idea that than crazy snow fence that ran for blocks and eventually became non-existent with people stepping over it and or tearing it down.

    is there a reason that every apartment/condo complex in this town is either 3 or 4 or maybe 5 stories tall? city codes/regs or just cost prohibitive to go too tall?
