doesn't / shouldn't take years to turn a FCS program around considering: 1. the portal...go get em...they can play right away and you can pay em 2. there are literally 10 good FCS programs your competing against with the best one only 70 miles away...aint too hard to see how you have to keep up with the Jones's.
