with ndac's enrollment declining and decling badly....maybe they should reconsider some of their advertising ....was in downtown minny last week and their advertsiging on the light rail is seen by maybe dozens and dozens of POTENTIAL students on any given day (primarily homeless people pissing in corners).... and yes that was me getting pulled over for driving on the light rail tracks in the wrong direction
