Bc St Thomas, Omaha, UMKC, and Oral Bob could get invites from conferences out East...MWC or otherwise Denver could get a WCC invite Then it would be all hands on deck to back or over 7 schools whether or not it's the 4 mentioned above or schools like Emporia State or Nothern State (i kid of course but who knows!)

If the Summit drops below 7 schools needed for D1.......................Bring back the old NCC or expand West with the two Utah schools? *Edit for those voting "none of the above"

in the past the mwc was in a postion of strenght with their members...now it's any port in the storm and the roos or the mavs or the bobs are a port in the storm..... fenton HAS to use "your either with us or against us" with current and future members....non of the temp stuff the summit has been used to for years/decades. the creation of summit football and the death of mvfc is priority one and summit hockey is priority two... lfg

hearing that the utah schools are more replacements for if/when mwv grabs oral bob, umkc, and or omaha only omaha and their hockey program could be "locked up"...so maybe mwc grabs bobby and the roos we get suu and dixie state but grabbing a couple of those Texas teams to get to "6" and create/start summit football should be priority for fenton.... f patty....

Agreed it would be a stretch for Drake but would UNI even field a football team is they had to play murray state and indiana state and whatnot...plus what if Fenton moved Summit football to FBS....FCS without the Dak4 is essentially d2 or worser... Each current member or future member needs to be "locked in".... For Denver, Omaha, ST Thomas it would be Summit Hockey.......you want MVC or Big East here's Lucia's number...have fun on those trips to Hougton in December. For the two Texas schools it's football...best FCS football would be Summit Football with or without UNI or Drake...better than the UAC thingy they are doing now playing North Alabama and WEstern Georgia ST?? NDAC and or SDAC want Conf-USA football....have fun with your oly sports in _____ conference.... And heck....Summit academics v MVC academics aren't what they used to when MWC had Loyola and whatnot and the Summit had whatever dogs they've had over the years...the scale has tipped dramatically in the last ten years between the 2 on academics in the direction of the summit league....

saw a dr on the webs say once that all government funded research given to public and private colleges and university should should be uploaded to the cloud for all other colleges and university's to see how their progress on say "curing disease x" so you aren't overlapping on the basic steps of the finding the cure... if university of north carolina solves 1+1=2....they upload it to the cloud so the university of south carolina that was struggling with that first step in curing "disease x" can then move to 2+2=4 and so forth so so forth.... instead of BILLIONS and BILLIONS being sent out and no one sharing anything and wanting the slap on the back and the patent for curing a certain ailment or disease... if your private and no gov funds....have at it...hoard all you want
