funny you mention Uber....same here....but haven't been approached when I pull over to wait for the next hit...but plenty of "what you doing there?"...haha but....if people want to make a couple quick and easy bucks...called destination rides...if you work at the sin bin and live in east Grand forks you can put in a destination request and just kinda wait after work for a hit....if you get the hit you might pickup someone at the Southgate or rumors who want to get dropped off near your place in EGF and just do one ride (going that way anyways) and make 10 bucks or so depending on tip....easy money.
