Yep, bad apples everywhere. As a CC fan, it’s easier for me to identify the dooshy DU fans at Magness and miss the dooshy CC fans at World Arena. I heard St. Cloud’s “you suck!” cheer last night after they scored but it really didn’t bother me because they’ve been doing it for years against everyone so I didn’t take it personally.

Yah, Rieger is getting crucified over his mistake when in all actuality, UND is lucky they even got it to overtime given all the grade A chances the team gave up and had to rely on Cam bailing them out. Yes, it was an incredibly dumb no look pass but he’s good enough to still be in today’s lineup.

UND must have net back presence tonight and take away the Omaha goalie’s ears.

Something I’ve seen over the years in games like tonight is that when teams’ seasons are on the line, no matter how high or low they’re ranked, they’re usually close, tough games. Expect Omaha to play it all on the line.

Story in the Herald today about Kennedy’s interview. Small sample size quoted but the student rep who sits on the committee and asked how Kennedy would deal with a potential DACA issue at UCF and apparently he gave a “politician’s answer” that didn’t sit well with her.

Yah, I still have a vcr recording of a two game, total series between the Sioux and Gophers and it was a trip to see a team leading in the second game and still having to pull their goalie!

You woulda thought I’d have a better grasp at the English language given my liberal arts degree from the Colorado College and all the term papers we had to write about Frederick Nietzsche but I guess we spent way too much time eating ‘shrooms.

Given how the team has played at home, maybe a road series where their backs are against the wall and fewer distractions isn’t such a bad thing?

Move Wolanin up to forward. We need his offensive touch and we don’t have to worry about him being a defensive liability.

Wolanin is fooling himself if he thinks he’s ready to play in the show. Too many defensive deficiencies to be able to play in the NHL.
