It is still too early in the season for me to decide how this rookie class stacks up against others, but they look very good and have contributed a great deal so far.

The Gophers are still a good team and will be tough to beat as the season goes on. They still have an uphill battle as far as conference play goes, but are looking beyond that and hoping to be strong as the season winds to an end and playoffs begin.

Heard they are looking at Minot actually.

I wonder if Roger Thomas will be selfish again and not put the game on TV in Grand Forks or across the state.

This move wasn't predecided and the quote from the newspaper would have been added in before print. The GF Herald had it in their paper also.

WSU played well enough to win, but didn't. NSIC teams and fans have to learn some things from this, one of them being, respect will come with time, it doesn't happen over night or over the course of a couple playoff seasons. Going around and asking for respect all the time, especially on other team's message boards isn't the way to do it. Winning big games on the field on a consistent basis will gain you the respect you are hoping for.

That is comical. These guys make NDSU fans seem nice and friendly. I don't have a problem with the fans thinking they are going to destroy UND, it makes for more fun during the week leading up to the game.

Great game by both schools. The Sioux really had us all in attendance scared once again. Let's turn out a huge crowd against UNA next week.

I vote that we keep all of the speculative comments about the whole case off this message board. I really do not want to see it turn into a tabloid on here. Let's keep the postings positive and hoping that she returns safely to the community and to her family.

Stafford is still very young and needs to develop physically and mentally before he is even close to leaving, that is why i'm not really worried about him right now.
