The laws need to be changed by the legislatures of the states. The police, prisons, correctional facilities are the ones who seem to take a blunt of the blame, but they are following the law.

Actually the Mary game was only covered in Bismarck and not sure of the Dickinson game. Mary was on the CBS affiliate. Minot did not carry anything.

Only away game is/was the Bison game. They broadcast a select number of home games now. I believe they had about 3 or 4 on tv this year.
