Mine did the same thing on the penalty shot. That when I stopped trying to watch live and I watched at about a 1-2 minute delay. That seemed to solve the freezing problem. Hopefully they continue to make improvements.

Just wanted to get a concencus on how the webcast worked for people? I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was for the first game. The HD was a great improvement, and I didn't have any issues with the game being glitchy or pixilated. About half way through the game I did see some issues with the screen freezing and having to refresh. I think it was starting to have some buffering issues or something, I just dragged the tracker back and watched the game at about a minute delay and didnt have any problems the rest of the game. I'm sure this isn't as high traffic of a game as we'll see with the regular season, but for a first go it seemed pretty good. Now if they can just get rid of Dan Hammer ... he is just awful.

Lennon has D1 experience, and is certainly a better coach than Muss, I wouldn't want Muss if we were still a D2 program. In his time here we have yet to win a big game. Beating Montana in a down year is probably the best he has done. Fresno State, SanDSU could have both been wins. Then back to back blowout losses to Montana and Montana State; with likely another one coming against E.Washington. Losing all faith in this team, not because of the losses, but how they are losing. There is just no defense on this team.

k my bad for putting up the thread. I thought it might transpire into discussing some new coaching option for next year (clearly not Craig Bohl). I really don't know what coaching options are out there, but i don't think Muss is the guy for the job.

So this is just for fun, and would never happen, BUT ... Suppose UND make Craig Bohl a ridiculous number to leave the the Ag school and come Noth. Would he do it? I don't mean offer slightly more, but an offer that was substantially more. It would be a sure way to completely ruin the legacy he has built himself and NDSU, but money talks. I know I would prefer to have him over our current coach. I see Muss as a guy who consistently plays not to lose, rather than I guy who plays to win. This was evident last year in the last game of the season, with the awful way they finished due to terrible coaching decisions. I know Bohl will never coach for the Sioux, but its fun conversation to entertain. Regardless, I hope they find a solid guy for next year. Unless Muss goes on a tear this season, I have to imagine his time is up.

Fairly legit complain. Why wouldn't you host college gameday where the game is, seems pretty strange. Even from ESPN's perspective, they should be wanted to get the whole atmosphere (Game, Tailgating, fans) on, or behind, their cameras.

How does the RB from SDSU compare to the RB from SanDSU last year? I remember them having a really tough RB and we played them really tough!

I understand where people are trying to compare UNDs offense to SU and determine whether they are mediocre or not . . . but until they can get on the field and prove themselves against some competent defenses, the argument bears no weight. We'll find out soon enough if this team is for real. This weekend will shed some light, but the real question is how do they look after the next month.

Congrats NDSU! Great win, really an impressive job by the program to get where they have since their transition. Hope they lose this week, but hope we get to see them in a playoff game eventually.

Yeah, I just realized that was the Grafton kid. Good, hope he gets some playing time then. Yeah, I'm sure it didn't help that there is alot of talent ahead of him. He probably wouldn't get a strong chance to play until he was a senior, with Bartels and Mollberg ahead of him ... and who knows who else they bring in to compete in the next few years.

Is Hanson supposed to be a pretty big part of the future? Bummer to see that Riddle transfered out of UND, I though he was supposed to be pretty good.

If the Sioux dominate the game the way they should, how far into the game to Bartels play? Half, before they switch to Mollberg?

I understand where it is nice to have hometown/homestate player that grew up and developed in the area; but I don't care if every play on the roster comes from down south, I wanna see this team dominate and go to the tourney in March!

The best part about when teams try to shut down Hardin, is that you will see huge games out of Golladay and Jackson. Assuming the rookie QBs can play decent (solid receiving core will help), offense will not be the concern this year, defense will. Sioux could have that "big step" year if they take advantage of their home field position. They have an incredibly tough schedule, so they must win a few of those games again high ranked teams. An upset against E Wash or SDSU will be key. Even staying competitive against MT St. would be a huge improvement from last years embarassement, and would show that the team is taking the correct steps.

Yeah, it was a bummer, I had to follow along on the play by play gametracker. Couldn't believe when they won, that I had missed the finish. Hope they have some big wins this season. Time to make the playoffs and finally get a fun rivalry games with NDSU.

Faison needs to work with the NCHC and figure out a way for games that are not commited to CBSSN to be braodcase on FCS. Then I would be truly impressed; as of now I'm pretty dissappointed in the fact that I'll have to watch almost all games via webcast. Hopefully it is as improved as they say it is. As for non-hockey sports, that is still a good deal for the school. The more exposure, the better. Hopefully they will have a fair number of basketball games; should be a big season for Sioux basketball! If they capitalize on their talent, maybe they could do a little "Dancin" next March!!

Most, not all ... last year the UND vs Montana game was not on Big Sky website; pretty dissappointing to have to miss that game.
