If this is fact and not speculation then please elaborate a bit.

Having him play at UND would have been one way to make me a big fan of him. Great player, just get tired of him bein a little cry baby sometimes.
-
I hope so too, but radio always works too. Last year I was certainly disappoint that the UND/Montana game was only available on Roots, but I ended up listening on Iheartradio while I did yard work, which was very enjoyable ... except for the final score.
-
great news! I'm pretty pumped up for that game. Don't want to look past SBU, but definitely excited to play another FBS game. I really think this team is going to start the season pretty pumped up after the way last season ended.
-
Great name for sure. Hudl has him listed as 6'7" 280lbs. I assume it was a typo but you had my questioning a 235lb string bean at OT. Nice highlight film though. Kid has a motor, and just wants to hit people.

haha, I meant to come up and watch a series. See the arena. Skate around with future NHL players.

I always thought that logo was pretty ugly. Never understood the fascination with it.

These guys need a gofundme account to make a trip up to the Ralph for a series. Maybe get them some used equipment donations.
-
If he got in trouble for weed or something then suspend him for a few games. If he like to party with swimmers from Stanford, the chase him out of town.
-
I understand what you're getting at, so are we saying there are grade problems or some other off the court issues. Its a message board, I don't think we need to play the guess game. If you know something, put it out there.
-
ok, and why would Baker have been asked to leave, seeing as we just paid for him for a year and he is supposed to be a huge asset on the court?
-
So based on the recent posts it looks like we have offered Groulx. What is the likelihood that we offer Bowers? Both look to be some pretty high end talent. I suppose we are still a little while from either of them making a decision on what route the want to take moving forward.
-
Maybe .... certainly has some nice size. Wondering why it say UND '20 though.

Pretty amped up after our CB addition last week. Any news on the WR offer or the Juco lineman that was talked about?
-
Hoping either stony brook or Bowling Green have webcast options. Would hate to wait until the 3rd game of the season to get to watch. I assume the USD game will be on fox college sports, similar to the Drake game from last year?
-
Its so easy to forget about Arnell, since he was hurt so early. Was it ever determined if he got the medical redshirt? If so, he'll only be a junior, correct?
-
This kind of stuff makes me so pumped for the season to start!
-
It looks like there will be some tough competition to get this kid.
-
Exactly! Need to at least get a little football chat going on, until we start getting more reading material on the team and the upcoming season.

Agreed, Grady will be a huge part of this team and this line (assuming he does in fact come back and play), but this teams success, and the O-Lines success, is dependent on far more than just Grady. One thing about Grady though .... if you go back to game highlights from last season many of Santiago's long runs were setup by huge blocks from Grady. Would he be a key contributor to get back? Of course! Can this team be highly successful without him? Absolutely! As you mentioned, we need a strong unit that can gel and work together as a whole; but hopefully that unit includes him.

I agree that this is somewhat of a must-win game. Should UND lose, our schedule would certainly allow us to still make a run and make the playoffs. But in terms of the direction of the program and winning the games we should, it is a must win. (Hate the NDSU example, but this isn't a game they would lose, and we all know it). I am a little nervous after seeing how we started last season (yes, we played well and beat Wyoming, though they were terrible), but then we struggled against Drake (way too many errors). I see it as, we had a really young team, that will only be more mature this year. I think the confidence will be there and we will play with a chip on our should after missing the playoffs. Our D should be able to handle their offense. The question will be how does our offense play. SB has a decent defense, BUT we have Santiago who is a total game changer. I don't think Grady will necessarily be the difference (I think we can certainly win without Grady) but I agree having him to block for Santiago is a huge asset. I think we all know the run game will be there, and we will pound the rock with rotations of Santiago, Oliveira, Neverman, etc. The big question mark will be how can we mix it up through the air. It doesn't have to be a ton, but we need to connect on some passes so their D is forced to spread out a bit. Seriously can't wait for football to start.

Summer workouts begin today! Do we know which incoming Freshman are in Grand Forks and participating? Having this kids on campus is critical to getting them acclimated to the team and the college life quickly. It also gets them working out and sizing up the way they should be. Important for everyone, but especially for those with a chance to play this fall. 92 Days!
