It is a great honor for Frattin to in the final 3! But we aren't looking at a Panzer was robbed situation here if he doesn't win it...Miele has had a fantastic season and would be a great choice for the award as well. That said, I am pretty sure Frattin isn't giving the Hobey much thought right now, but he would be a very worthy winner as well.....had some problems sure, but his character in handling the matter and the direction he chose to take speaks volumes....you have to remember that many of the voters have only heard bits and pieces on most of the candidates.

I believe the schools in the tourney are given a smaller amount around 100 initially and then allotted the additional tickets when they make the frozen 4. The schools have until april 4th to keep, get rid of, or return the unused tickets...so their is a slight chance that UND may be able to get their hands on some additional tickets but I certainly wouldn't count on it.

I heard the schools have until Monday the 4th to turn in unused tickets, but alot of times they will sell them to other schools. I have a contact that works for the Wild and he said he isn't expecting any tickets to be returned to the X.

A suite is 8000 for a 20 person suite so it works out to 400/ticket...they are asking for another 400 a person to stock the suite with food and beverages...might be a little spendy, but keep n mind a case of beer is around 144 dollars

Well Douple has lied before.....even it was just to cover for Gene Taylor's lying ass. I brought this up a couple years ago and it all stems from when Taylor was on Hammer's radio show and was stammering and fumbling through reasons why NDSU wouldn't schedule UND in football(remember, this was a couple years ago...I know situation is different now) and Taylor says that the Summit league was telling all their teams not to schedule UND due to the name issue which wasn't true(UND had played several summit teams in several sports). Douple was then asked about it and lied to cover Taylor's arrogant lying ass. That said, I think the real answer is that both Kelly and Douple have been less than truthful in this matter. Unfortuntely, from what I have been told, The Summit league doesn't have to release their league meeting minutes and other correspondance such as memos and emails that would allegedlly tell their league members not to schedule UND as Taylor said, since Oral Roberts is a private school.
