Just to clarify, not a lot will need true development in terms of how to play the college game. All of the transfers have played a significant amount of college hockey and that was a major reason why they are at UND. The freshmen will of course need to develop. Gelling is the biggest thing. If this group gels quick, we're gonna have a great season.

Precisely. At least be MODERATELY knowledgeable lol. The talent, even on the back end, is pretty evident. Honestly, I feel like we could mesh quickly with the type of leadership that we brought in on the back end. Been hearing nothing but absolute positives regarding some of the new guys on D.

They made it sound like we are bringing in a bunch of scrubs. Pehrson, Pyke and Zmolek would be in top 2 pairings across the NCHC. Bubs and company focused on responsibile d-men because they realize what we have up front and also what we have coming in the pipeline.
