Honestly, this game has been hard to watch. So many flops after so many stupid hits/punches after the whistle. Charmin soft brand of hockey.

Meh. I get it. Their audience in general is not the same audience as we hope. College hockey is the smallest of blips in their world. It is what it is.

Just one section on McKenna. Did one of Zach Wisdom from Western, Rand Pecknold, Providence, and Michael Hage. Even talked about us for 5 seconds and Players to Watch included KV. It was pretty good.

Oh I'm HIGHLY against anyone from the NCHC winning a title other than us. WMU going back to back would be obnoxious. If it's not UND, I want no one that is connected to us at all lol. Never been a "conference" guy. I know the NCHC is the best conference, therefore I see no need to prove it to anyone. I want our rivals to lose lol.

Sorry to say it, but we can win a national title and ESPN will still talk about McKenna, Penn State, Michigan and the Big 10 more than us. We're a niche sport, my friend. Those who know the game will not be surprised when we take home the title 😁

I like Duluth, but still think they are an average defensive team. The main thing they have going for them defensively is their system. They have always played that grinding pace that is huge in the tournament. Plug the middle and be tenacious on the forecheck. Having played them 5 times this year, we absolutely dominated in our two wins, had two games where they were pretty even, and they took it to us a couple weeks ago. When we're at our best, I'd pick no one else.

Honestly, I haven't seen this in the threads. We've beaten them this season and while I absolutely can see them winning the whole thing, I'm feeling good about our chances against anyone, including DU.

Who is saying this? You've said this on multiple threads. They are a great program and it's absolutely not a wild thing to predict them to have them do well in this tournament. They are hot and are playing at home for the regional.

Because watching playoff sports makes me anxious lol.

Literally been said on this page 100 times lol. Just to clarify, this absolutely can happen and maybe you heard some new fresh stuff, but it's certainly been said before.

From a playmaking sense, Schmaltz is better. Better hands, better vision. With that said, Kernan has a better shot and is a better finisher, IMO. I think 2C next year is where he absolutely should be, assuming he's developing in the offseason and takes a good jump in progression.

Really? What is that kid lacking that would prevent him from being a 2C? Wait, do you mean he should be our 1C, then I guess I could understand.

I feel like 3-6 is high, but we definitely have given up our fair share. With that said, I have high faith in Spoons and even higher faith in our D men to make up for these.
