Spot on. Bubs nailed it.
-
I'm just sooooooo saddddd
-
Check it out. It's glorious. Meltdowns and super sunny side up conversations all at the same time. One poster has my three favorites: 1) "Why do I not really care? We’re fine either way. Moore, Huglen, Nelson down the middle? Sign me up." 2) "We went from run away title favorites to title favorites but it’s kinda close with like BU. We’re fine people." 3) "I applaud Bob for getting the roster to the point where losing the Hobey favorite barely changes the outlook on the season." One of his boardmates tries to kind of get him back into his right mind.... by saying "I don't think Faber, Knies, Lacombe, Cooley, R Johnson for Rinzel and O Moore is a great trade. So a team that could not win with the former group seems to have gotten much worse." and the other's response. "Can you find me a better roster in college hockey?" Just so brilliant.

LIAR! See post above. Love your game, gf. You keep doing you, boo.
-
Oh dear lord it's so much fun
-
I'll make my stance very clear lol. We want them both. Both the fanbase and the program. Capisce?
-
@The Sicatoka ... If I recall, you wished this into existence. Ok, now pick another player from Minnesota
-
It's indeed not a done deal. UND is in on him very hard and it's close.
-
Last thing I heard was that we're in on all three of the local guys, but one is likely headed to Harvard. Can't blame a kid for that, frankly. LJ Mooney is a target, too.
-
Not sure how many we'll get, but if we don't get them, GF will say that I said that we didn't want them
-
Good call out, man. Well said. Was just silly to me that that's what stood out. All good.
-
Hahaha ok. It was absolutely a part of the story. Interesting sidebar. Stir the pot? Na, I want to talk about how good he is. You made the point about his race your primary point of discussion and I thought that was incredibly odd. I'm pumped about his talent and the note about his race is wholly irrelevant as far as I'm concerned.
-
That it appears that all you took out of a story about a big-time hockey recruit was the racial aspect. Or, at least it was the thing you wanted to most talk about.
-
THAT'S what you took out of him committing? Goodness.
-
McInnis got knicked up a bit last season, so I'm assuming he's coming in 2025
-
I asked two people about him last week and as of then, we're still very much in on him.
-
That was quick! https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/standout-defenseman-e-j-emery-commits-to-und

Honestly, I forgot about him haha. Crazy turnover. I think the top four are set. Britt will get his shot and could slot in over Benoit, Livanavage, or Komzak, especially early in the season.
-
Only reason I didn't is that I think adding OMac on the third line provides more depth instead of loading up the top two lines. Kunz and Strinden can do a lot of the dirty work for OMac to make plays.
-
Blake - Berg - Gaber James - Schmaltz - Perron Kunz - OMac - Strinden Johannes - Jammer - Emerson Pyke - Pehrson Wiebe - Zmolek Benoit - Livanavage Komzak Persson Hedquist

Seeing a former MIAC school get a building like theirs funded in their jump to D-I should be enough to convince naysayers of their clout. I would love to see them in the NCHC one day, frankly.
-
If that was indeed a joke, I definitely missed it lol. That's precisely why I asked if he was being serious!
-
No, no. I'm not arguing that. OF COURSE, I want more of the highest end. Irish quoted a tweet that is talking about a kid who is 10 years old. 10. That's why I asked if he was serious.
