Agreed. Thing that frustrates me the most is that with a win on Saturday, we'd be off the bubble. EVERYONE lost. Ugh. Looking a the clump of 11 - 20 and their games this week: 11 -- ND ... HE Tournament NEXT WEEK. No regular season left. 12 -- Providence ... HE Tournament first round, UMass. UND needs UMass to win these games, big time, obviously. 13 -- Wisco ... @PSU ... PSU is ahead of them in the PWR and this looks like a split weekend, to me. 14 -- Clown ... Home vs. CC ... Go Tigers. CC gets a split, that's huge for us. 15 -- OSU ... Home vs. MSU ... Eff. 16 -- UND ... Must sweep @ Miami 17 -- Omaha ... Home against DU. I see the Pios absolutely rolling them. Just my opinion. 18 -- AF ... Off next. Probably going to win the Atlantic tourney. We'll see. 19 -- VT ... Home vs. Maine in the HE Tourney first round. Go Black Bears. 20 -- BC ... BC is gonna need to win the HE Tourney. So, this week... Hope UMass gives us a surprise, hope PSU takes a home sweep, get a split from CC and sweep Miami, we're going to have a shot. If MSU can get one against OSU, that would be sweet.

I'm not ready give up on this year. I still think we have a shot and have the pieces to get there. Jost needs to lead us and the rest need to chip in, IMO. Call me what you will. I can take it

Don't disagree with anything you said. As for Jost, he'd go to the NHL simply for a lack of talent on Colorado. However, I do think he's ready. He'd struggle a bit early, but he'd be fine. Boeser would need to take his lumps in the A, IMO. Both could use another year. I think Jost will stay and Boeser will definitely go.

Tucker is an NHL player today. Jost, too. Tucker, IMO, is ready to go right now. Jost would play in the NHL tomorrow because he's an Av lol. Boeser would be in the A and eventually make the NHL.

It shook me, but we came back and won with our best two players playing like 1st rounders. That made me feel like we had righted the ship, finally. Then came Sat.

Minny was the 1 seed in that regional. We were the 2. We beat Niagara in the first round and Yale beat Minny. Yale beat us in the Regional Final.

So, you're discounting the games where they were successful? Alright then lol. They have the talent. Need a bounce or two. That being said, their talent needs to perform.

I guess I've seen them pull out of ruts so many times over the years, I kind of expect it to happen. There's plenty of talent on this team. I still don't think it's unreasonable that they'll make a run.

I'm not ready to bail yet. They've shown some spurts of tremendously dominant hockey. We can score. We haven't, but we can. Haven't had a fluky goal in awhile. Would love to see one to get our boys rolling a bit. No puck luck.

Was talking this over with a couple buddies after Saturday's game and I wanted to bring it up here: - Do any of you remember a stretch of being incredibly snakebit for this amount of time? I recall 2014 when we had much less talent and boat loads of injuries, but this is different, IMO. I feel like it started when Wilkie rang that one off the pipe at the end of the period (I think it was Sat against CC) that would have given us a huge momentum goal. Since then, it's been a bunch of games we could have absolutely won (maybe should have) and we miss nets, hit pipes, get robbed by the tendy, etc. I feel like, logically, this will break, won't it? When will it come? What needs to be done? UND absolutely outworked WMU in their own barn for nearly an entire game on Saturday and have nothing to show for it. I just don't understand it.
