There's more reasons than just that.

The positive spin on this is no player is above giving anything less than 100% every single game. If they do, they will be benched quickly and replaced by a player willing to lay it all out there. They have a fantastic opportunity to pull together early as a team and create a strong identity. Also, there are 4 seniors and 7 juniors on this team so upper class leadership is very prevalent and should sustain us through any difficult stretches.

I was referring to the main broadcast camera in this case. Not all cameras have cameras on the blue line. I just think there should be some standard of what resolution and distance from the place the camera has to be so you don't have referees making questionable judgement calls like in this case.

Yup, the rule should just be 'Offsides play can be overturned if conclusive evidence the player is offsides can be provided USING THE CAMERA DOWN THE BLUE LINE.' That'll eliminate the officials trying to separate pixels from a '90s-quality video camera 200 feet on the other side of the arena.

I feel like I get more excited for this game than most fans... good chance to see how the returners look after an offseason of getting stronger and see which freshmen flash. My first look at Nick Schmaltz was against 'Toba on a pass he received and brought to his backhand in the blink of an eye.

Agreed on all points, I'd trust 99% of posters here with sending tickets/money for an exchange. The only time I'd be wary is if they don't give you a lot of information or don't have any posts. Still likely find but just do extra diligence. I give out my business card when I meet people so they know where to find me if something went wrong. I've had some people who seemed suspicious of me beforehand text me after the game thanking for the great tix multiple times If you're in Grand Forks to exchange with someone and you're uneasy you can meet outside the police station downtown, there is designated parking spots there for just that reason.

For people like me who haven't been to the X since the updates, this video shows some of the impressive things we have to look forward to with the massive new scoreboard and LED screens around the rink. I always thought the hate for Target Ctr was a little overblown but I'm ecstatic to start watching college hockey postseason games at the X again.

Always found it funny at the Target Center seeing Gopher fans at the Frozen Faceoff when the Big10 was playing across the river at the X. Could just see the thought bubble above their head "So this is what a quality hockey conference looks like".
