Do you have any evidence that this approach is a working methodology in the current era? Is there some NCAA program Hanging banners with this approach?
Or do you study Slapshot & Miracle several times a week in anticipation that UND will tap your shoulder to lead them to the promised land?

Pretty cool, pokes a hole in my theory that assistant coaches should be "buddies" to the player and HC should be an intense disciplinarian with bigger things on his plate.

I miss Cary Eades, and I think this program does too.
