Some progress. Also briefly touches on HPC2. Its getting close.

Well, the Sioux logo is still all over the building, so I guess that worked out for him OK? I'm not going to argue the rest, just pointing out why the student's section is at center ice and not in one of the ends.
-
A new video/media person was just hired and started within the last week or so. Hopefully that will be a big step in the right direction.
-
Ralph was pretty adamant that the students have some of the best seats in the building, which is how they ended up with a couple at center ice behind the penalty box.

REA still has some tickets left if anyone needs them.

No, didn't you see that he was clearly in the radio?

I'm fully aware of the threat of China to the US and some of the ways they go about it. I've listened to speakers from the GFAFB discuss it. And I'm not trying to minimize the overall impact that is there. My point is that China is significantly smarter and more advanced in their methods then blatantly dropping a billion dollars facility to use for such purposes. I would actually say a somewhat more realistic scenario is something along the lines of this being used as a giant distraction and them doing something completely off the wall like buying the Knights Inn and use that as a sort of foreign intel mission (I think neither is likely, but something a lot less obvious is much more likely in my mind). Some of the general commentary and lines of thinking I've heard are fairly laughable. Like was previously mentioned: Cirrus is owned by China Aviation Industry General Aircraft which is a division of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (which is a Chinese state-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate headquartered in Beijing), so they already have a similar company set up within a few miles of the proposed site. They are going to bring more attention to that by spending a billion dollars to put up another plant? Maybe, but I find it hard to believe.
-
Or they could have invested in the Career Impact Academy and really indoctrinated the next generation. I mean, they already have them carrying around cell phones made in China.
-
Right? Making a big splash by investing a billion dollars so everyone knows what's going on is the perfect way to keep something like that secret.

Geno still showing out. Looking good against a few NBA players in the Twin Cities Pro-Am

Odd that you measure your fans in weight but I guess I get it, definitely pushes the number up doing it that way....
-
The money they will get will keep them there. And as previous mentioned, gives the B1G Network great filler for later games, which will only help increase their TV money.

Washington has a 5* QB who's was a top 15 player in national rankings that is the same age as Payton. I don't think it was competition he was afraid of. But go with that theory I guess?
-
It wasn't a shot at you, I previously saw that same thing you did. More of a jab at NDSU/Fargo media (same thing, amirite?). There was nothing anywhere official outside of them being in his top 4, which is pretty impressive given his offer sheet. Will be fun to watch a UND commit block for him all season, hoping we get him signed as he'll definitely have a lot more eyes on him this year playing with Kienholz.
-
I get it, final score wasn't what anyone here wanted and it escalated quickly in the 4th quarter. Just pointed out that their fans were very frustrated with their team for the majority of the game and complimentary of UND giving them a better game than they anticipated before they pulled away. The comments were during the game while it was still competitive. I didn't make it to Laramie. Would have loved to see Bohl walking off the field that day though.
-
He's just curious about how much of the stuff he threw against the was even in the neighborhood of being correct.
-
That game was not nearly as bad as the score indicated. UND managed to shut down Gaskins outside of one run. Just wore out towards the end of the 3rd quarter. If UND could have scored on the drive early in the second quarter instead of stalling at midfield, which Washington turned around and had an 87 yard drive, it could have been different. Fun game to be at and their fans were very complimentary of UND.

What's a #Jack23Allers? Literally? Is it supposed to represent #JackBallers?
-
An absolutely huge deal that these were all kids that were at the camp and they were able to see firsthand and watch them compete against other guys they have their eye on.
-
Definitely one of the good ones and gone too soon. RIP.

He was playing closer to Laramie than either of the SD schools and it looks like he's had some contact with both of the XDSU's. Based on this article, it also appears he's moving to Pierre to play his senior season: https://www.argusleader.com/story/sports/high-school-sports/2022/05/09/douglas-star-offensive-lineman-jason-maciejczak-join-pierre-football/9709660002/ That means he'll be blocking for big-time QB recruit Lincoln Kienholz, who holds offers from Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Arkansas St, Colorado St, Illinois, Kansas State, Minnesota, Pitt, Washington State, NDSU and SDSU.

LMAO A whole lot of guessing, unfounded accusations and assumptions in that "news story". Impressive they got a lawyer who literally knows how little info on these investigations gets formally released and then literally said that people probably should have leaked or tipped others off. All while (I assume) making assumptions on who would know what. I hope he has higher standards and expectations when he's representing someone. Wow...

Talking both. Pointing out that USD doesn't yet have their football roster updated, which starts months before basketball.
