Ha! Maybe it would be more accurate to say: 1. GF Central 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Mayville-Portland

Past time to get this topic started. Ogie, how do you see the standings for the EDC this season?
-
51-44 Sioux, end of 3rd.
-
Thanks, seniors, for the four, and in some cases, five years of very hard work, sacrifice, and great memories that you left behind. Two of my favorite memories, and I got to see them both in person (I live in Missouri, so I only get to see a couple of games in person each season), were coming from three scores behind in the second half to beat South Dakota and Northern Arizona two seasons ago, of which the Northern Arizona win got us a share of the Big Sky Championship. Those wins demonstrated a lot of character and it's that kind of character that will help you achieve success in your future after leaving UND. May the Lord bless each one of you!

Sorry to hear that. Maybe whoever posts the two-deep ought to read this site first.

From the Game Notes, Fiedler still listed as a starter, but Toivonen and Adeoti still out. Maag listed as a backup, so he's probably a game-time decision; we need him bigtime.
-
Very good post. Wish I could be there this Saturday, also, but I'll be watching online and cheering.
-
You're exactly right. It's classless and terrible sportsmanship for anyone to do it. And it's not justification to say that Gopher fans do it or fill-in-the-blank fans do it, so it's ok for us to do it. On the whole, our fanbase is better than that, by far. Unfortunately, there are sometimes a few that can overshadow the many fans that, though rabid, don't go over the line.

UND defends it's home turf and gets enough from all three phases of it's game to win. UND 21 WSU 17
-
Two-deep has Toivonen in and Izzy and Santiago out.

I fully agree. I'm not for sugar coating, either, but 18-22 year olds make mistakes just like we seniors do and there's no reason to throw them under the bus for it. NFL players drop passes, drop punts, make an occasional bad snap, miss an occasional extra point, etc., etc., etc. We're all human. Let's make observations without trashing people.
-
I agree. I hope the news on Johnny S. isn't all bad, either.
-
Sorry you couldn't make it but glad you made your Bison kin watch the beatdown! Hoping for more of the same at the hockey game tonight.
-
If you're in DL, come on over, you're only 90 miles away and see an awesome day of FB and hockey!

Driving a long ways for this one, and UND doesn't let me down: 24-17 UND.
-
Who's that tight end that transferred in from Montana a year or so ago and is he still with the team?
-
Excellent post. I agree that we should all tone down our comments about players and coaches, because there's nothing to gain and, potentially, a lot to lose. Not to say that we should give out nothing but bouquets, but comments can be made in such a way that the point gets across without trashing the person.

Based on the game notes, it looks like we're pretty much at full strength for Saturday, except for Zeke and Waletzko.
-
I think that UND jumps somewhere into the 21-23 range.
-
Great report, Ozzie. Thanks for sharing. Had hoped to be there, also, but it just didn't work out. Already have my tickets for the Montana game, though!
-
Ok. Didn't realize that there was that much to it.
-
I think he redshirted last year, so wouldn't he have to apply for a medical redshirt?
-
I think the way Santiago hurdled defenders at least twice tonight is indicative of the desire to win that the leaders of our team have. Oliviera also plays his guts out every down. Guys like them are all out, all of the time. Sets a great example.
