I have no problem with OD playing. No problem at all with Gleason in the line up as well. Whatever lineup the coaches decide on today is the one that I am going to be cheering my ass off for come drop of the puck. Every player on that roster works their ass off and I have no doubt that they play a full 60 plus any additional extra time it takes to get it done. GO SIOUX!!!!

Can someone explain the game winner to those of us stuck at work? I actually wanted to see UM pull it out for WCHA and possible match up tomorrow. Sioux better come out and play 60 full minutes.

I agree. Gophers have had way more good opportunities but haven't scored because they haven't hit the net or a bad bounce over a stick. I would be very surprised if they don't score and if they get the next goal this is going to be a great finish.

What bad goals would those be? I followed the thread last night and got the impression that the game winner was a very weak goal. Saw the replay today and could not disagree more. The kid who scored made a great move and a great shot. A Sioux player makes that move we are saying play of the game ... Saunders lets it in and suddenly he is a huge sieve? Guess that only makes sense on a message board.

Agree 100%. How some posters on this board can at times question their effort just amazes me. Great group of young men.

I was at the game last night and I though O'Donnell played very well and I just don't get why so many people are adamant that he sit. Not like any option for that spot is lighting up the score sheet.

My parents and my family. Went to my first games in the Old Barn with my dad and still go to Sioux games with my 85 year old parents today. In my opinion, there are no bigger Sioux fans. Plus, I am related to NorthDakotaHockey and many in my extended family share my love for the Fighting Sioux. I am truely a lucky guy.

Well said but the problem is that your post is logical and actually backed up sound reasoning and these concepts are foreign to most of the idiots posting in this thread who would likely advocate water boarding for someone elses kid because that was how it was done back in the good old days.

Hopefully that is true. That kid is a great player and with him healthy and DU rested I think they have a real chance to come out of Green Bay.

Excellent point. If the Sioux win today there is a very good chance of being placed in St. Paul assuming the Gophers don't fall to a 4 seed. This could mean a possible matchup in a regional final. This Gopher team is talented and I think they will go into their region as a favorite regardless of seeding. I think the winner of tonights game gets the 1 seed in this region and I'd love to see the Sioux in St. Paul. BC will be the favorite but I wouldn't be surprised with any of the other teams that will make the tourney ending up in Florida. Unbelievable character win last night.
