  1. Princeton controlling play and winning all the battles to the loose puck. Sioux need to pick it up.
  2. Actually I had all 4 right as well but the glitch in the system prevented me from entering the contest. Even had all the scores right on, saves, penalties, attendence, weather conditions, and beer sales at all venues. Misplaced my picks for today but should be able to find them later tonight. Pretty sure that I'll continue with my perfect bracket.
  3. I think you mean UNH. Anyone else think Anderson missed an obvious CFB against ND at about the 10 minute mark?
  4. Check earlier in the thread there is link posted for UNH radio. Here it is http://www.wntk.com/newsite/content/listen.php
  5. 2-1 UNH. Man, sounds like a trackmeet. UNH has some guys who can play. I assume CC would rather face the Irish.
  6. No doubt about it. It will be no cakewalk tomorrow. I trust the Sioux coaching staff will have everyone ready to go. The Sioux will need to play the full 60 minutes to advance.
  7. Maybe it's the WCHA that is overrated. Sounds like SCSU was dominated.
  8. Can someone tell me why MI has the late game in their region. Seems like the #1 would want the earlier game for additional rest. That holds true in all other regions.
  9. No love for the Gophers. I think they have as good a shot as anyone to come out of that region. I'll be cheering for them vs. BC. Love to see another all WCHA FF.
  10. Same problem for me and I HAVE ALL THE CORRECT WINNERS
  11. Only if you are referring to a hairstylist's job with NDH in the chair. The word does not exist once playoff hockey starts.
  12. He did but it was in the third period when it happened. New goalie came in until the next whistle and then TQ was back on the ice. Personally I think he did it to keep the Sioux out of his crease. Man, they were just swarming back then. Also, the kid was exhausted which I think contributed to him tossing his chicken. I just don't want a repeat of the next nights 1-0 loss to DU. Sioux absolutely dominated that game and DU wins on a goal late in the third. Still remember the Parise, Bochenski, Murray line just buzzing at the end of that game but couldn't get anything by Berkhol.
  13. There are no gimmies from here on in. Every game will be a battle. I was at the HC game when the Sioux were number 1. Parise line scored like 7 seconds in the game but we won only 3-0. HC goalie stood on his head and Sioux didn't score their second goal until late in the second period (or maybe even the third). They will need to play all 60 minutes to advance. I like the fact that the Sioux are not getting the attention they have in the last few years. Haven't heard one of the "experts" say UND is gonna win it all (or even advance to the FF). Oshie, Chorney, Finley, Kaip, Radke, JPL, Bina, Duncan () know this is their swan song. No way do those guys not show up to play and make sure everyone else is ready as well.
  14. Fantastic. Norton is the kiss of death. Sioux getting no respect. Time to put the chip on the shoulder and play some North Dakota hockey. One game at a time. Can't wait for this weekend.
  15. I agree that Miami is the weakest of the 4 number ones. Can't understand how the two top seeds get sent out east. I think Michigan got the best draw. After that, they all look pretty even. UM-BC game should be a good one. They are all going to be tough from here on in. Hope the Sioux get a great following in Madison. Is this region Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun??

    Bracketology

The fact that WI gets in over Mankato is reason enough to change the pairwise. Mankato had the better season and deserve a bid.
  17. It always amazes me at the negativity on this board after a Sioux loss. Frankly, it is why I spend less and less time here other than to get game updates. The attacks on players, the excuses, the whinning. Hell, I could watch Springer if I wanted that. The Sioux lost to a tough DU team yesterday on one helluva goal. Again, they have played fantastic hockey this year, are a lock for the NCAA tournament, and have a chance to be one of four top seeds. They have two Hobey Baker finalists, last years winner, a class coaching staff, first rate facilities, and THE best fan base in the Country. Frankly I don't care where the Sioux are seeded or where they get sent. I'm gonna enjoy watching some great college hockey and supporting the best program in the country. Personally, I have faith that the big trophy ends up back in GF when all is said and done. So the rest of you, roll back the stone and look inside. This is the time of year for new life. Today is another game. Get on board or get out of the way, the road to Denver ain't gonna be easy but it sure is gonna be fun.
  18. Looks like your positive attitude really paid off.
  19. Sioux can't let DU get them away from their game. Gwozdickhead was spouting after the beat down in GF that he was disappointed in how his players reacted. Seems like that means he wants them to take cheap shots at every opportunity. If we keep our heads, we win this thing as we are the better team.
  20. What about the goal?? Did it count?
  21. Amazing that no CC player made the list. Bachman and Rau were deserving. Colorado Springs paper points out that CC did not do a good job of promoting which may be necessary when talking about the HB.
